Scope
This policy describes how CanvasMint handles refund requests for subscription fees associated with digital templates and onboarding services sold to customers located in or billed from the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights.
Professional services that have already been fully performed, custom integrations, or third-party pass-through fees may be treated differently as described under Exceptions.
How to contact us
Submit refund requests to [email protected] with your account identifier, subscription tier, and a concise explanation of the issue. Including relevant dates helps us locate billing records quickly without asking for unnecessary follow-ups.
You may also use the Contact form on this site; please select the billing topic so the request routes to the correct queue.
Eligibility
Customers who purchase a subscription directly from CanvasMint may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase if they have not materially consumed premium assets such as downloadable workshop packs beyond the trial allowance stated at checkout.
Renewal charges are eligible for refund only when a billing error is documented or when mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides a longer cooling-off period.
Process
CanvasMint acknowledges requests within three business days and aims to conclude decisions within ten business days, though complex cases involving fraud review may take longer. Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment method where technically supported.
If the processor cannot reverse a charge, CanvasMint will propose an alternative such as service credit, subject to your agreement.
Exceptions
No refund is owed when termination results from a breach of the User Agreement, when promotional credits were applied, or when enterprise contracts contain a separate remedy section that expressly overrides this policy.
Partial refunds may be offered when a service outage materially impacted availability metrics published in your order, even if a full refund is not warranted.
Processing timeframe
Financial institutions may take additional days to post credits to your account. CanvasMint is not responsible for those delays but will supply confirmation references upon request once the refund has been handed off to the processor.
If you disagree with a decision, you may escalate with additional documentation or pursue remedies available under Korean consumer protection channels applicable to your situation.
